The principals and some of the teachers are condescending to parents making it a toxic atmosphere. My child and his classmates were forced to sit on the bathroom floors with their faces to the floors during earthquake drills. "Traffic in the 715 to 845 am is always congested in the school months. Bluffton is a one way town on to Hilton head island. Accidents are common with the tourist and cause major backups on the 278 highway. "

"Hampton Lake is a gated community that boasts a 150 acre lake with great fishing and boating. Excellent amenities include huge resort-style pool with lazy river and Tower Bar, separate adult pool, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball and bocce ball courts. Great social atmosphere at the neighborhood restaurant, Backwater Bill's. Full fitness center with extensive weight and cardio machines, free weights and fitness classes. Separate clearwater lake with sand beach is for swimming and paddleboarding. Running track is under construction. Proposed amenities include a third swimming pool and The Barn, which will be used for events and meetings."
