Excellent amenities include huge resort-style pool with lazy river and Tower Bar, separate adult pool, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball and bocce ball courts. Great social atmosphere at the neighborhood restaurant, Backwater Bill's. Full fitness center with extensive weight and cardio machines, free weights and fitness classes. Separate clearwater lake with sand beach is for swimming and paddleboarding. Running track is under construction. Proposed amenities include a third swimming pool and The Barn, which will be used for events and meetings."
