6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCurrently I have a middle school student graduating from McCall this spring and I had two older sons graduate in 2018 and 2020. McCall Elementary school is a wonderful school and the teachers and staff are outstanding. I recommend this school to anyone that has a child in the Center City catchment. My students did well in this diverse community and participated in extra curricular activities run by the teachers and staff. The years at McCall instilled in my children the love of learning and the importance of doing their best work. We will miss this community!Parent Review1y ago - Franklin Benjamin High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love my school. It's extremely supportive and our principle is the best in Philadelphia. He has really turned our school around. Compared to our surrounding schools, I believe our school stands out. We have excellent programs that keeps student busy and off the streets. Our test scores are truly rising. Our teachers really care about our education. They put their all into them lesson plans. Most people would look at our school and see it for what it use to be not what it's become. In my opinion, my school is the best. It's extremely diverse in several ways. Come visit us :)!!!!Student Review13y ago - Check out schools near 9-1 N 9th St #204.

"It's a fun place to live that always has something happening. There are lots of restaurants and dessert places within walking distance and events that happen throughout the area that keep the place interesting. Chinatown is in a central location that makes accessing the city that much better."

"Any of the Chinatown parades. There's the annual night market on 10th street that's fun. It's also close to Penn's Landing and City Hall, so there is always something to find nearby"

"My favorite part about living in Chinatown is that I am able to walk everywhere! I live less than 10 minutes from work, and I am able to walk there. I can also walk to go out, to get groceries, or to head to the library. Jefferson station, MFL, Greyhound, and bus stops are also very accessible from Chinatown, which is awesome."
