"Many people do not appreciate dog owners in this area. They do not follow the leash laws. They also do not clean up after their pets and allow them to deficate on everyone’s property. They leave dogs out in back driveways for hours on end barking and disrupting neighbors ( especially at night)"

"Neighborhood is friendly and quiet for the most part, there's always a select group of kids but that's mainly in the summer. I have lived here 5 years with no problems from anyone in the neighborhood or passing through. Only negative for me about it is the only grocery store is PJP which is over priced for most regular items."
