1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter is a 2nd grader at this school. She's been there since Kindergarten. She is enrolled in their dual language program. She loves her teachers and her classmates. Her only complaints are the lunch and the Congreso Afterschool Program. The lunch is not a big deal for me. I just send her to school with her own lunch. The after school program is a problem. They barely helped her with her homework last year which I believe is one of the main focuses of after school programs. There was no excuse because she was with the program from dismissal time to 5:45pm, the time the program ends. "Very close to buses, subs and regional rail . Walking distance to the bus and sub. Only thing I don’t is you have to go downtown for transpasses if the kiosk machine doesn’t work "

"No parking, people leave dog poop in the middle of the street. People are always blasting music in the middle of the night. They save parking spots for each other. Most households have the minimum of 2 cars. They steal off your porch and dig through your garbage leaving a mess. "

"These percentages are absolutely not true. Be prepared for your car and or house to get broken into as a " welcome to the neighborhood" gift. Market not within walking distance and corner stores close early. Also a high number of sexual offenders per 4 block radius. And 2 half way houses blended amoung regular homes."

"I used to live on that street an I've seen two people get shot in the 5yrs living on that street,I was so glad when I moved. people will lie to get you to move here but don't listen to reason, there is so much drug trafficking around there also"

"There’s a huge park and most houses have decent sized yards. I mostly let my dogs out in the yard to potty but the park is walking distance away and is typically clean and safe enough for you and your dog to enjoy "

"I’ll b moving to my new home on nov 30th ,2018. But when I went to go see the house I can jus tell that it’s a good calm Nd quiet neighborhood it also looks lik an elderly friendly type of block .
