The older people that have lived in this area their entire lives, are kind of being replaced with younger, yuppie kind of feeling neighbors. But generally pleasant. People just want to get rid of the riff raft and have clean, safe homes. "

    "I’ve lived in area my entire life and in this neighborhood for 46 years and it has changed in the last 10 years. House prices have skyrocketed and new construction is everywhere. Local shot and beer bars have all become fancy restaurants so I guess that’s good. "
