    "I would not raise a kid in this neighborhood. It’s better for singles and young couples starting out. Parking has become increasingly more difficult over the years, you can’t get a parking spot past 8pm. The city of Philadelphia does not care about this part of the city, we have the worst law enforcement, no trash cans, no street cleaning, we’re the last to get plowed."
