"Very up and coming neighborhood that has everything you need. Parks, markets, great restaurants nearby. Close to the river walk. It is also very close to rittenhouse square and center city. Very friendly and filled with young families with dogs!"

"There is easy walking to Rittenhouse Square where there are art, music and dining events. It is also a short walk to the river where they frequently have fireworks in the summer"

"This neighborhood has the perfect balance of being quiet, yet in the city. You can pretty much get anywhere via foot/bike/bus"

"Great, it's usually less than 20 minutes from here to University City. I take one bus and only walk 3 blocks in the morning and 2 home to and from the stop. "

"None. Dislike Odunde because of the mess left on the street."

"Festivals on south street and elsewhere are fun, as are the restaurants (there are fewer restaurants in graduate hospital than in more densely populated areas like rittenhouse, but the restaurants have a neighborhood feel"

"restaurants of all kinds and prices, festivals at different times of years that cater to all kinds, great local playhouse that has great comedy too (Plays and Players), just walking around and talking to so many very friendly people, loads of talks at the Phila Museum of Art, different music venues, close to the sports complex"

"Walking is the easiest, cheapest, and most enjoyable way to get around the neighborhood, but there are all kinds of buses, trolleys, and trains. You can even get to NYC in 90 minutes."

"It's a great area except for the increasing petty crime. Lots of package theft. Absolutely cannot have anything delivered and not have it stolen...almost every other door has a note saying do not leave Any packages, yet the Amazon drop box areas are full and to get a PO box there are long waitlists...it is very frustrating."

"I moved to Philadelphia from the United Kingdom just over a year ago. I spent almost two months getting to know various neighborhoods at different times during the day. I was impressed with the “vibe” of Graduate Hospital - people of different ages and ethnicities, young families and people who have lived there for over 30 years. There are shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance and the Marian Anderson rec center that was refurbished through donations from the neighborhood! It’s safe, easy to get almost anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend living here. "
