1010 Addison Street.... located down a VERY quiet and secluded street, yet steps away from all of the activity the City has to offer, is 1010 Addison. This gorgeous 2 bedroom, one BRAND NEW full bath, and a half bath, is one of a kind. The entire unit is hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows that span the entire lower level up to the ceiling on the main floor so this home is flooded with daylight. The living room with fireplace would be a wonderful place to sit and read while by the fire in winter looking out to the falling snow through these huge windows. Upstairs is a STUNNING brand new (never used) full bath, a guest room and a beautiful Main Bedroom with custom built-in California closets. The lower level has the laundry tucked away in it's own space, a half bath, a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances and the instant backdrop of your own backyard with mature trees and a beautiful stone wall. The Main living room area has access to the outdoor space. Want MORE outdoor space? The roof would make a fabulous roofdeck. AND, ONE CAR GATED PARKING also comes with this gorgeous home!!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCurrently I have a middle school student graduating from McCall this spring and I had two older sons graduate in 2018 and 2020. McCall Elementary school is a wonderful school and the teachers and staff are outstanding. I recommend this school to anyone that has a child in the Center City catchment. My students did well in this diverse community and participated in extra curricular activities run by the teachers and staff. The years at McCall instilled in my children the love of learning and the importance of doing their best work. We will miss this community!Parent Review1y ago - Franklin Benjamin High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love my school. It's extremely supportive and our principle is the best in Philadelphia. He has really turned our school around. Compared to our surrounding schools, I believe our school stands out. We have excellent programs that keeps student busy and off the streets. Our test scores are truly rising. Our teachers really care about our education. They put their all into them lesson plans. Most people would look at our school and see it for what it use to be not what it's become. In my opinion, my school is the best. It's extremely diverse in several ways. Come visit us :)!!!!Student Review13y ago - Check out schools near 1010 Addison St.
