"We've lived here very happily for over 20 years. It's just far enough from Pittsburgh to have lots of wildlife and room to garden while being close enough to work and enjoy the cultural opportunities offered in the city. Neighbors still care for one another and we have good churches in the area. We've raised our five children here and hope we don't have to move elsewhere for our retirement."

"I live on Clematis Blvd. It's a quiet street filled with lovely older homes that people love and take care of. There aren't any section 8 houses. There might be a few kids walking to and from the park, but mostly it's couples and families walking dogs. "

"The area gets a rap sometimes, but this house is located on a quite street. I've driven by several times and at different times of the day. I have not seen any unsupervised kids running around? The street is quite and not heavily traveled. Owner has obviously maintained this property very well."
