2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI just dropped out in December when I turned 18. This would of been my last semester in my senior year. I just can’t take it there anymore. The teacher are ok and the work isn’t hard, I had all As and Bs throughout my 3 1/2 years there.It’s just the other students. Some are just so mean for no reason. They pick someone they want to bully and just don’t ever stop. I don’t have any mental problems until this last year there, if I hadn’t left I don’t think I’d be here to write this review right now. And The principal doesn’t care. She knows what goes on. They have cameras everywhere to see it if they wanted to. The kids like me that just want to do my school work and not get into the drama and bullying and all that stuff that are the ones that suffer. And then get told by the staff to “just ignore it” and I have to learn to deal with it because “that’s how the real world works”. No it doesn’t. I couple weeks ago i asked if i go to teach support because my computer wasn't working and I had to use it for class he told me no and told me to figure it out. He doesn't help at all I used to love science and wanted a future in it but having him as a teacher I dread science, and believe some people aren't meant to teachOther Review11mo ago

"a lot of homeless people staying in Darlington park. People are trying doors. high drug areas. hardly any decent jobs. homes are out of date and code enforcement does not enforce worth anything. land lords are slums to the truest definition. oh and rent is waaay to high for these conditions. lots of strays. and litter. "

"my neighborhood has great access to public transportation and is not too far from the downtown area the police station is close and elementary schools are close by. there are restaurants close by and Walmart and shopping areas are close by "

"Busy, close by shops and restaurants. I enjoy the area and the layout of houses and businesses... schools are nice just have to watch for bullies like every other town."

"the area is very heavily involved with drugs. There is very little to do here. The schools havr very low test scores as well. This is not a good area to raise children."

"To much crime. Shootings ,stabbings almost every other day. Drugs are really bad also. Have had to put security system and cameras up everywhere around our home and we still do not feel safe. We will not be staying in the area much longer. To many kids getting involved in crime and that’s sad. "

"I live on the North Hill part of town. Lived here for 4 yrs now. Neighbors don't introduce themselves. I only know 1 neighbors name. City's roads suck, but it's a poor area with out much funding."

"there is public transport. streets are not all lined or well marked with turn only lanes so it's confusing sometimes. Street signs are located higher up on the poles than I'm used to and it makes some a little hard to read. once you learn your way around town, it's not hard to commute by car. "
