The property is located in the gated community of Wag-Myr Woodlands, which is a mix of full-time residences and vacation homes with minimum lot sizes of 10 acres. The property was originally purchased before the creation of the Wag-Myr Woodlands Homeowners Association, and as a result, it is not subject to the HOA Regulations.
