POND. FARMHOUSE. COTTAGE. BARN. 3.74 ACRES! The possibilities are endless with this property! This gorgeous farmhouse sits on 3.74 acres and offers an enclosed porch, first floor bedroom and full bath, living room, dining area, kitchen with pantry and laundry closet. 2nd floor hosts 3 more bedrooms, a hall bath PLUS a huge bedroom addition with vaulted ceiling and loft. First floor bedroom also has a separate entrance from the enclosed porch and would make a nice home office or in-law suite. An adorable 1 bedroom, living/kitchen and full bath cottage would make another perfect in-law suite or use as income and continue to rent to the existing tenants. The bank barn is currently income producing and hosts 14 storage areas within. The storage walls were built so that they could easily be removed and used as a barn again! You are going to love the gorgeous pond, gazebo, old stone smokehouse and brick springhouse! There's a 200-amp panel for the Farmhouse and another one for the cottage and barn; disconnect box in farmhouse for generator hookup. See associated docs for zoning verification letter.

"Uptown, Harrisburg is a diamond in the rough, that is going thru a current transition. Miton Hershey us opening a new school in the Uptown neighborhood. PA Archives and Federal Courthouse and now been added and a slew of great local grub, that you can eat and stroll by the Susquehanna River. Properties for sale are scarce, but they are a great entry price that you can have room to renovate to your liking. People are generally respectful and the crime(if any) is usually personal, respectively. "
