"Everyone knows everyone and sometimes that's annoying, but when you have a dog its actually beneficial. Unless you're in a hurry to go somewhere, of course. Because everyone wants to stop and pet your dog, and give it treats. "

"lived there, very nice town. not too small not too big. very close to grove city college which is a very good school, very nice campus. we used to walk the dog almost every day on college campus. beautiful 100 to 150 year old buildings all stone and slate roof. grove city its self is in a good location. can stay local or eaily get to Pittsburgh or erie in an hour. located 2 miles from i80 east/west and 2 miles from route79. so you can drive east/west or north south on two major routes. locally very little traffic I used to go to grocery store in 5 mins or less. many good restaurants within 5-10 miles. it is a sleepy little town so night life art, and other activities are minimal."

"Grove City is a beautiful area. The recent renovations of the downtown area has accentuated the shops and restaurants located there. The schools rank high and the crime is low. I like the friendliness of everyone. It's located perfectly for those who need to travel to/from work or to visit family. It's at the crossroads of I-79 and I-80. The local community hospital has a positive reputation and strong community involvement. Of course one of the big attractions seems to be the Premier Outlets that are only 3 miles from downtown Grove City. There are over 100 shops there and multiple restaurants and hotels. The weather is typical NW PA weather but that's the only downside to the location and, let's face it, there are simple some things we just can't change! I lived away from GC for 5 years but returned because I appreciate the community and wanted my kids to grow up here. You need to check it out!"

"A genuine small town with small town friendliness and relative safety. It has several colleges and a university nearby for frequent cultural events. The outlet mall four miles away provide a variety a name-brand products with good pricing. Only an hour away from Pittsburgh for city culture and events. Great nearby parks for outdoor recreation. The weather is not too hot in the summer and doesn't bury the area with snow in the winter. The worst of the snowy weather stays north of Grove City. Altogether a good place to live."
