"It’s beautiful and seems like a safe place to raise kids, plus the layout of College Hill is pretty simplistic/grid-like so it’s not like a 9 year old on a bike without a cell phone could get lost for too long. It has a homey feel to it and is lovely in the spring and fall in particular. The people on there porches are nice when you go on a walk. There are nice dogs in the neighborhood."
