9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur daughter previously went to Bolton and we were unimpressed. Cedar Oak is amazing, I'm so thankful we decided to take our daughter there. The teachers are amazing and the staff are very involved. The school structure and space are organized well and the playground gives the kids tons of room to explore. They have a very robust garden literacy class and lots of activities to stretch their minds, learn, and grow.Parent Review3y ago - Athey Creek Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have not noticed a large difference between this school and most other schools, but they do have a lot of issues that most other schools don’t. They had security cameras installed just so they can make sure your not lying if you do something stupid and get in trouble, but most students just do it anyways because there are multiple blind spots. They constantly leave doors unlocked that lead to places no students are allowed in, and can’t make up their mind about which schedule to use so overall it’s very meteoker.Student Review4y ago - West Linn High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a student of this school, I am disappointed in how it acted towards an assault. A person was tackled and received a mild concussion, the school guess what they did, they gave the aggressor in school suspension for less than a week. The people at the school range from, racist to homophobic, the school is super toxic. The counselors are nice and the music programs are the only reason why the school has a one star. The school doesn't punish people that behave badly, some one was giving out N-word passes (I know) and the school only gave them one week of community service and lunch detention. I feel like they should have gotten more punishment. The school is good at hiring teachers who like teaching but also they are good at hiring teachers that use ways of teaching that don't teach you. I am lucky to have teachers who enjoy teaching but in the first semester of this year I did have a teacher who was not as good at teaching, I relied on my notes for learning mostly. While I love the music programs, I would not recommend this school unless it learns how to punish students in a smart way instead of just giving them a light slap on the wrist.Student Review10mo ago - Check out schools near 2455 College Hill Pl.

"I’ve lived in WL most of my life , since birth, in a few areas. This neighborhood, more than any of the three others I’ve lived in, has not been as friendly. I’ve got a couple neighbors who think they own the area & have something to say about everything. Very nosy, inappropriate & rude. They are two old men over 60 yrs old. These neighbors I’ve wished would mind their own business. I keep my place up in good & clean updated condition. Others areas I’ve lived in have been friendly, polite & don’t interfere that is not their concern & become life long friends with some."
