Inside this newly decorated unit is luxury vinyl plank wood like flooring throughout, freshly painted walls and new pleated shades. A free standing natural gas stove in living room for ambiance and coziness, in addition to full house natural gas heating and air conditioned systems. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub for relaxing after a hard day.
Kitchen is furnished with Kurig coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes + glassware, cooking utensils, microwave, smooth top stove and convection oven. Plenty of storage. Shared outdoor BBQ is available.
2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen, a desk and bookcase + dresser. Other bedroom has Queen bed, large dresser, bench, night stands. WiFi reception is good here, along with basic cable with Xfinity streaming options and basic Roku.
Proof of Covid 19 vaccinations is required. Owner lives in main unit and easily accessible to answer questions or help resolve problems. Owner has one non-allergenic dog who is not allowed in back yard.
We are located close to 6 hospitals, 4 colleges, about 1/2 mile from Interstate 5 and about 6 miles from Hwy 26. There are 3 different bus lines nearby. We also have 2 major grocery stores/pharmacies within 6 blocks and a lovely little village with coffee shops, bars and restaurants and bookstore called Multnomah Village about 10 blocks away. Many neighbors walk thru the park daily. It is a friendly and "safe" neighborhood.
