Hello, my name is Jonathan and I'm accepting applications for a one year rental lease at my charming house in St.Johns, North Portland with an open floor plan and lots of storage space available in the garage and basement. As the owner I am motivated to continue doing renovations to the property around two weekends per month which will make the property even better for you over time.
House sits on a big property (full lot and a half) and my Mom lives in a tiny house on the rear portion of the lot (separated by a fence with a shared back yard) Looking for tenants who want to build community in a constantly improving and evolving shared back yard space. My Mom is very easy going and friendly who makes for a good neighbor.
-Available November 1st
-House is heated and cooled by a brand new HVAC heat pump and A/C system but also has a modern wood fireplace insert and chimney.
-Ford truck on the property available for your move-in (manual transmission)
-Brand new gas water heater - shower and bath get nice and hot
-Previous tenants are downsizing so some furniture is included: dining room table, bar stools, chairs, office desk (or we will sell the items you don't want)
-Lots of gardening space available and you are welcome to landscape the property or paint walls if desired
-Very child friendly and pet friendly house and neighborhood
-Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Microwave/Fridge/Gas Range&Oven Included
Happy to show the house this weekend (10/16-10/17) - please let me know any other questions you may have!
-$25 month extra per month for pet rent
-Tenants to pay their own utilities based on usage (back lot utilities are sub-metered)
-One year lease required with first and last months rent, $950 security deposit and $150 cleaning fee due at signing (no application fee)

I have felt great about the communication I have received and the responsiveness of his teachers (even during a pandemic!) The school genuinely cares about its students and its community. Last school year there was an anti-racism training for students, parents, and community that was very well done. My son is receiving a great education and the teachers find ways to keep him challenged and engaged.
