Renovated 1910 house with over 1400 square feet of living space on two floors. There are three large bedrooms upstairs that have ample closet space, and one bathroom. Plenty of space with an open floor plan on the main floor. Private washer and dryer included. The kitchen features a microwave, an electric range, as well as a dishwasher and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The house is unfurnished and is currently vacant.

There's a covered front porch, a shared fully fenced front yard, and some shared gardening space. The location is convenient to the Williams District, Mississippi, Alberta, and semi-close to the MAX. Plenty of street parking available.

Please note that this is a shared property, and the driveway, shed, backyard, and basement are part of a separate unit. The ideal tenants will be reasonably quiet and respectful of sound/shared spaces.

Definitely need to be dog-friendly! Smoking and drugs are not permitted on the property. The lease term is 12-18 months. Renter's insurance is required.

Rent is $2695 without utilities. Split utilities per occupant (water/sewer, internet, garbage, electric, and gas)
Shared landscaping duties are required (mowing the lawn - lawnmower provided, clearing out debris, etc.)
Asking first month's rent and a $2000 deposit.
No cats, please. Dogs and other pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
Credit/background check is around $40 per applicant. All occupants must apply and undergo a background/credit check.
