He has an IEP, and contrary to the horror stories we have heard, our IEP process was smooth and congenial. "Lots of dogs being walked on leash. There are fenced in dog parks for med-large dogs and separate ones for small dogs. The Fields Park provides a maintained very large grass field. Lots of dog bags & disposal bins."

"I have lived here for six months and it is a pretty quiet city compared to places in the east coast. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are close. The Pearl District is very clean. "
