"I have lived in this home for nearly 9 years. The neighborhood is safe and I feel safe taking a walk even after midnight. The neighbors are very friendly and we watch out for each other. Whenever one of us plans to be away for a few days or even a few weeks we talk to each other and make sure everything is safe. All the neighbors take pride in maintaining our homes inside and out. This is a great place to live. Also we welcome new neighbors into the area whatever their age or background. It’s just a friendly and warm area to call our neighborhood and we are close to shopping, medical care and a variety of restaurants. "

"Everyone takes pride in upkeep of their home and very friendly neighbors. I have lived here for 8 years. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Virtually no crime and all homes very well maintained and beautiful lawns. I am comfortable taking a walk any time day or night. Very close to Rogue Medical center as well as shopping. Extremely quiet and low traffic street and neighborhood "
