"Uhhh the neighbors were friendly but overall it’s not a safe neighborhood to be in until you walk really deep into the neighborhood and not much of a safe place for children. I never saw kids playing outside and only saw two people ever walk their dogs. Just overall, there are better places."

"Not at all a “dog” neighborhood. A few neighbors maintain neat and tidy yards and homes. Many have a large amount of debris extending into the sidewalk. A lot of trash and broken glass. Some houses don’t even have the sidewalk going by there property. Clearly a neighborhood in decline. Very poorly rated local schools. "

Not all f the streets have sidewalks and The crime rate is fairly high in Hollybrook. It’s actually pretty rare to see anyone walking a dog in this neighborhood."
