6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWas the most traumatic year for my kiddo, they put too much pressure and stress on the kids that really took a toll on his learning experience, plus bullying by the kids on the bus, & now that my child has moved to a different school so much better and has loved going to school and his learning improved tremendously along with his confidence . I wouldn't recommend sending your child to this school, just find somewhere else and save yourself the trouble, did a lot of emotional damage to my kid and he really thought he wasn't smart enough , I'll never not listen to my gut again .Parent Review8mo ago - John Marshall Middle School

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can’t tell you how many times I got upset. I’ve cried multiple times by people in this school. The teachers aren’t bad but some teachers are just straight up rude and don’t even teach. The school lunch is okay and the test make absolutely no sense. As a person who gets high grade some work is easy but some make no sense. There are lots of fights. Lots. Lots of fights. The principal sends students home for fighting and treats the other students that don’t fight worse treatment. Field trips are okay but the school doesn’t even provide items for students. Yeah I get it costs a lot but to the point the teachers that are actually nice have to pay for everything. Overall the school is a dump and you should not let your kid be in this school. "It's very peaceful. I feel it's very safe, it's just alltogether very pleasant. I don't know my neighbors well, but there is an understanding that if I needed anything, I'd feel comfortable knocking on the door."

"Both daughters live in the this area. The Village is actively trying to bring back the area as a nice, safe, convenient area in OKC. Also keeping up with un-kept yards or abandoned houses, not happening in the Village, there on top of it. "
- Mr J. C. D.
- 10y ago
"I grew up in The Village. It is known for it's friendly people. There have been changes over the last 50 years. One cannot see the stars at night like back in the 50s but that is because of all the growth and light pollution, which is normal for City life. 100% recommend area."
