This 3 bed 2 bath home in the outskirts of Norman is absolutely darling! The location could not be any better, just beyond the hustle and bustle of the city while still being a reasonable drive to all the eating and shopping you can handle. Thick distressed wood look laminate flooring through most of the house with the exception of bathrooms, dining, kitchen, and laundry where you have tile. Nice size open concept kitchen with plenty of counter space and SS appliances. Large living room has many options for set up, and has a fireplace! Bedrooms are spacious with lots of natural light. Split floorplan with the master on the back side of the home giving some space some from the other rooms. Large master bathroom and closet. Roof replaced 2020. The HVAC system with heat pump replaced 2017. Owner added french drains. Oversized front porch perfect to sit on and enjoy the day. This home is on a cul-de-sac providing and is cute as can be! Seller has active insurance claim on window / siding.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHorrible to say the least! Kids are out of control and teachers and staff have either given up or flat don’t care either way it’s a violent zoo with little to no consequences. So the cycle continues and only gets worse!Parent Review4y ago - Norman North High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm a sophomore at Norman North and I honestly hate this school so much because of everything that I've dealt with, if I could give 0 stars, I will, first of all, I had a teacher in the 9th grade that was seriously entitled and disrespectful (she was my English teacher), I had unfair lunch detentions because of her, and don’t get me started on the principals, one of them, Ann Blatt, is the most entitled of them all, she gets angry over everything, I have a friend there who was a senior there this year, who went a little too fast in the parking lot, and she was FURIOUS over that, like come on, he didn’t mean to go a little fast, and now he dropped out and got a GED because he couldn’t take it anymore, and honestly, I agree with him, if I were old enough to, I'd drop out immediately, this school is the worst school that I've ever been to in my 16 years of life, I recommend for parents to not let their kids to that school at all.Student Review1y ago - Dimensions Academy

"Norman has public transportation that operates on a set schedule with many convenient stops throughout town. The only problem is if you live in an outlying area, like I do, where the nearest pick up location is about 3 miles away. I commute to OKC everyday, takes about 25 minutes in morning traffic."
