Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from September 10, 2021
Really great opportunity! Fantastic location near Moore High School. 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage on a corner lot. This is great for an investor - it could use a little attention. For instance, the master bathroom is missing a sink. That said, the floor plan is fantastic and the backyard is a great size. The home has two storm shelters: one is in the backyard and the other is above ground in the garage. There is a board over the back sliding door because it was broken at one point and after the door was replaced, they just didn't remove the board. It is not indicative of a problem. Property to be sold as-is. All offers due on Monday 23 August 2021 at 10 am.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has always been an A and B student with the exception of C's in math. She currently has all C's, D's, and F's. I have attempted to get help from several different people in the school and they continually pass the buck. They don't return calls or emails until you contact the superintendent's office and they are not concerned with your child's education.Parent Review6y ago - Winding Creek Elementary School

"Like - Many wonderful walking trails at the city parks, as well as a dog park. Dislike - Many people seem to ignore the leash law at local parks... many of these dogs appear very well trained, however it still puts them/others at risk in case a dog gets aggressive"
