About this House

Will be having an open house on Friday Sept 16 from 1pm until 7pm. Stop by and see if you are interested. Call or text if you have any questions. Rent amount was changed to $1500 due to someone offering to rent at that price and we want everyone still interested to have equal opportunity to apply and view home. Nice ranch home coming up for rent soon with upgraded paint, fixtures and appliances. Full basement for addition space.
Quiet setting close to town but very nice neighborhood. New furnace and air conditioning. Nice yard with very beautiful landscaping.

Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, sewer and gas). Non smoking inside home and only small pets permitted. Renter must be open to periodic inspections by owner with reasonable notice to ensure house is being taken care of.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
