Two (possible THREE) bedroom, one bath home with a deep backyard. This is not a bad fixer-upper. There is definitely alot of potential here-the interior was recently lived in. Some of the windows have been replaced. This home has been in the same family for many years and the sellers report that the neighbors are friendly and kind. Bring your ideas and make this home exactly the way you want it.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExcellent. My son is open enrolled in Hayward from a county school district. I feel as though he has had many more learning opportunities here, like being able to take high school classes in 8th grade. I also feel like it's a better balance of what the actual world looks like as opposed to the microcosm that tends to happen in more suburban areas.Parent Review4y ago - Perrin Woods Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a terrible school. Bullying and sexual assault/harassment is rampant. I reported assault at least 3 times in my time at SHS and I was coerced by administration into not contacting the police. Even the school resource officers are awful. I can count on one hand the number of good teachers I had. The staff here needs to start caring about their students. It’s shocking that this school hasn’t been run into the ground yet.Other Review3y ago - Check out schools near 1838 S Fountain Ave.

"The neighbors in this area make it worth living here. Only second to the charming architecture. Just wish there were better local restaurants!"

"There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
