7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI could just cut and past what the 1 star reviewer from July posted. Appalling. They have no consequences for the bullies and seem to not even care when parents pull their children out because they are being bullied. If your child is not cookie-cutter, forget it. They care only about test scores and looking good to the outside world. Bullying is such a problem in this school but the administration seems to have little to no interest in rectifying it. Children who have been reported numerous times for bullying and cruel behavior are still crossing-guards, cheerleaders, etc. There seem to be no consequences. Child have an IEP? 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOHHS excels in preparing students academically by focusing solely on their grades and testing scores, leading to the school's excellent testing grades and graduation rates. However, students often feel emotionally neglected, and are frequently assigned meaningless busy work. OHHS fails to teach students critical thinking skills, instead relying on constant stream of tedious assignments to artificially boost grades and teach the bare minimum necessary for high test grades. "Ottawa Hills is a private community with its own police and fire departments. The school system is rated the highest in Toledo. The beautiful streets are kept pristine with flower baskets hanging on the light poles. This neighborhood is very wooded so offers each property a certain amount of privacy! The community members are very involved in the local government policies of their community. "
