    "I live and work in Lyndhurst and have been here for 14 years. We started our family here and have nothing but great things to say about the community. Housing prices are very reasonable (40% lower compared to Lakewood), easy access to Beachwood Place and Legacy Village, fast access to 271/480. Our neighborhood has block parties every year and is quiet and safe. I run a lot and am pleased with the opening of the new Metro Park where Arcacia Country Club used to be. Also, there are trails behind Hawken School. In either case, you are within minutes of beautiful runs or walks. We are in walking distance from the pool and community center. As for schools, our kids all went through Sunview and all excelled in their environment. Also the best private schools in the nation are all around us. You cannot beat the value of living in Lyndhurst, OH."
