"Lebanon is a city with a small town vibe. Neighbors are friendly and happy to help. The Community has plenty of festivals to gather and see people you know & meet new. Lebanon is very independent having their own electricity and other utilities. "

"You see people walking their dogs all the time. We look out for each other's dogs and post on social media if we see one that appears to be lost. Many neighbors will take in a lost pet until the owner is found. There is a dog park very close by. "
