"There isn't no crime and the neighbors keep there homes looking nice and they are friendly but not where they get into your business. or nothing like that. everything is close by, restaurant, grocery store, busline is close if you don't drive and the fraze is within walking distance also for the great shows that they have all summer "

"Rampant graffiti, car break-ins, car thefts, residential/commercial break-ins & robberies, and lots of undesirables in the neighborhood. Section 8 housing around the corner on Devon doesn't help either. The drug rehab facility on the corner of Lincoln Park & Wilmington brings all kinds of crazy people walking up and down the street, too! I don't feel safe working here."

"Location is great - within walking distance of middle school and high schools, Kroger, and Trader Joes. Town and Country shopping center is just a block or two away. Very safe - neighbors friendly and open. Even though close proximity to Stroop for access, it is in a quiet neighborhood."
