I have personally spent a day shadowing a teacher and found both the students and the faculty to be engaging, fun and very prepared. The students are well behaved and the administration really gets to know the students personally. The curriculum offers many options for students to choose from including several vocational courses which is very important in today's economy. The security procedures they've added help me and others feel safer in our environment. My parents and I get emails and documents of pretty clear schedules for each week which gives us a look into what we can prepare for. I'm big on schedules and preparations so this is great for me. We've started a mental health program and we have a designated spot for mental health breaks in honor of a former student. Our school cares about us and it shows. We also have a diverse range of special needs classes and students. Bully-wise, it is definitely a problem but I've come to the principal many times and the issue can be resolved. "Horrible horrible area !! I am moving ASAP ! People are rude and call cops constantly and are very nosey. No sidewalks and litter everywhere ! Houses are very expensive and ugly .... STAY AWAY ! "
