I am the original owner who has owned this house from day one. The house has been well kept. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (US Dept. of Labor), $1.00 in 2001 equals $1.35 in 2015. By this calculation, a house sold for $267,805 in 2001 should be worth $361,536.75 in 2015. The 2001 price did not include some additions I have done over the years. Based on the fact, my asking price of $295,500 is very reasonable(This price is below a professionally appraised market value). We are asking less to give the "Allowance of carpet/paint and such" to the new owner. You are welcome to see the value of $292,400.00 on the Montgomery County Auditor's web site. The estimate price on Zillow is very inaccurate. I have earned all 120 hours real estate courses required by the State of Ohio for a sales agent.
When you try to contact me, please make sure that you uncheck the "automatically checked" agent on this page. Then you can contact me directly. This is a "For Sale By Owner" listing.
Licensed realtors are welcome to bring their clients to visit my house! I will pay a 3% commission of the selling price to an Ohio Licensed Realtor if his/her client(s) will purchase my house.
All fraudulent attempts will be reported to local police, Interpol, and the FBI.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to Centerville Schools from kindergarten all the way through graduation and after a year of college, I can confidently say that I was beyond prepared for life after graduation. Centerville not only established my firm foundation of academics, but also life skills such as building relationships and a desire to give back to the community. I currently go to a top university, and I feel that my experiences at Centerville thoroughly prepares me for my new life. Not only does Centerville offer a wide expansion of classes, but the fact that every student has the opportunity to get involved with any desired extracurricular activity creates such a diverse and nurturing environment.Although I went through many difficult classes and complained quite a bit while I was a student at Centerville, I can wholeheartedly say that everything was worth it. The environment that is created at the school is truly designed for ultimate growth, both as. student and as a person.Other Review2y ago - Magsig Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNormandy Elementary has been an amazing experience for my son. He moved from a small private school and I was worried about the transition to a larger public school with more students in the classroom. Not only did the teachers and principal calm my fears, they gave my son the extra attention and reassurance he needed. He's going into his last year at Normandy now and we couldn't be happier with his time there. The principal is wonderful and really emphasizes kindness and caring for others. The no bullying policy is real and enforced. My son is accelerated in math and the school has worked with us to make sure he is not bored and gets the curriculum he needs. I couldn't recommend Normandy any more. We love it!Parent Review2y ago - Centerville Primary Village South

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur son has loved his experience so far at PVS. We've noticed a great deal of development with reading skills and harnessing his creativity (he always loved to draw, paint, and color, but he's more intentional about putting pieces together into a single work). He's made many friends and tells us how much he likes being there. His teacher has been very good about assessing his and other student's needs, and how to help parents continue this education and growth at home.Parent Review4y ago - Check out schools near 225 Branch Creek Cir.
