"Art scene, distance to downtown, variety of people who live here........................ a couple neighborhood bars"

"I've lived in this area for 40 plus years and it has went from great living when I was younger to not to bad living now. But living in one of the newest homes in this area probably won't be as great as you would like. Because if you can afford $2,000 a month for rent then please buy yourself a home in a really nice area. Yes most of the people down here are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet . But with all the drugs and prostitution going on at every corner . You will be disappointed. "

"I didn’t but so close to downtown it wouldn’t be a problem at all. It’s close to all freeways so getting where you need to go should be easy enough ."

"Pretty rough area. Lots of vandalism to cars. Drugs and prostitution is very noticeable all hours. Not uncommon to find needles tossed on your sidewalk or yard I'm a homeowner of 10+ years in the bottoms . area has potential, but not at the prices they are asking, compared to the crime in the area."

"Lots of drug addicts and panhandlers. Don’t give them money. They will bug you everyday and police don’t do anything about it. They say the area is up and coming but that will take years and there’s more abandoned homes that aren’t worth a dime than people"
