    "I've lived in this area for 40 plus years and it has went from great living when I was younger to not to bad living now. But living in one of the newest homes in this area probably won't be as great as you would like. Because if you can afford $2,000 a month for rent then please buy yourself a home in a really nice area. Yes most of the people down here are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet . But with all the drugs and prostitution going on at every corner . You will be disappointed. "
