The new resident must fill out the application ($50 app fee), provide proof of income and previous rental history, and qualify to their standards. The new resident must take the apartment "as is". The apartment complex will not paint or clean the apartment prior to the new resident moving in, but I can make sure everything is spotless and clean prior to new tenant moving in. There may be a 2.5% rent increase for the new resident.
The new resident must take the apartment for a full 12 months from the day they move in. My security deposit will transfer to the new tenant. I will require a security deposit to move into my unit since I won't get my security deposit back. Also, a $300 fee is collected by management. The parking garage fee is $100 a month on top of rent.
The pet deposit is $300 with a $150 of that being refunded if there is no damage after lease end. Also, a charge of $50 a month per pet.
They will require renters insurance with a $100,000 liability policy with the The Broadview listed as an interest party on the policy.

Teachers in this school are compassionate, friendly and professionals. I would recommend this school. I know I can trust my kid going to this school.
