Do not walk the neighborhood alone especially at night. Watch your kids. there are alot of sexual offenders in the area."

And you can walk to the new train station or bus line, downtown is a five minute drive,the West Side Market is a bike ride away and you can walk to the beach and cool shops and restaurants movie theater.
