I am looking for a respectful, clean tenant to rent one portion of my duplex in Detroit Shoreway This is a beautiful home and is great for a couple or two friends. Need someone who will be respectful of the natural wood in the house, take care of things and respectful of other tenants in duplex.
Neighbors are wonderful and house sits three blocks from 65th and Detroit. Coffee shops, grocery, and bars are a walk away.
Short walk to edgewater beach.

    "Seems to have alot of dog lovers in the neighborhood. people walk their dog's all the time but some do not pick up after them. keep your car doors locked or it will get broken in to. Do not walk the neighborhood alone especially at night. Watch your kids. there are alot of sexual offenders in the area."

    "I walk the streets any time of night and always have in my 26 years of living here. I’m originally from Chicago and the cost of living here is great. And you can walk to the new train station or bus line, downtown is a five minute drive,the West Side Market is a bike ride away and you can walk to the beach and cool shops and restaurants movie theater. Everything is right here "

    "I used 2 stay around the neighborhood it's gotten alot better this past couple yrs. there's lots of stores, restaurants, alot of different things that makes the area look more better & have more fun things & stuff 2 see & enjoy. I wouldn't of gave no1 my recommendations 2 stay in the neighborhood if it was 2yrs ago but yr 2018 alot of things have changed around the world period that has made alot of places worth going & seeing & enjoying!"
