My kids' friends are all nice and so are their parents. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall pretty good, I feel like the student body is 50/50 in how they represent themselves. There is a lot of extremely nice people, but also a lot of stuck up entitled kids who think they can do whatever they want. The kids kind of ruined the experience but overall academics wise it was pretty good. I felt like I was being prepared for college and being challenged in the ways I needed. "Access to Sand Run Metropark and a playground two streets over. Not a lot of traffic either, so you can walk the neighborhood easily or let the kids play in the front yard without issue. "

"We have a monthly gathering where we bring our own drinks and a snack to share. We begin in May thru October. Neighbors get to share tips on improving their homes. We meet at 6:00 -8:00pm. It helps new neighbors get acclimated into their new homes."

"Crazy night life being next to the bars! Lots of young people live here. Pet friendly. They have people walking around picking up trash every other day. People litter and leave trash allover the grounds."

"It’s safe and pretty quiet I live in timber top oh and affordable everything you need with in driving distance. If your looking for modern apartments these aren’t it very outdated but it doesn’t bother me."

"There's truly no quick access to any highway! You are in Cuyahoga Falls, Bath & Fairlawn drive cautiously, use blinkers and obey the speed limit you will be ok. "
