"There are available bus stops in the neighborhood, but the distance can be far depending on where you are. There isn’t right away access to the subway station, but it definitely is one bus away (i.e., Grand Ave’s R & M train)"

"neighbors are very quiet but they don’t respect each other. They tend to hold parking spaces by taking two spots at the same time. They don’t clean up after themselves and leave garbage tossed about. They don’t shovel the snow in the winter, stuff like that."

"It’s a great neighborhood most times if a pin drops you can hear it. It’s quite a reserved community mostly diverse with demographic of a predominance of Caucasian population and then Hispanics/ mixed and a low percentage of African Americans. Policing is perfect and commute is great depending where you’re going. A car is advised. Beautiful lots of places to eat and supermarkets are in the community and pharmacies and banks. Everything is in Maspeth, Queens NY. "
