"It is clean, safe and garbage pickup is great. The police are very responsive if you ever need to call them, which is a rarity. Overall, this is a really great neighborhood with a lot of benefits. Wonderful area for families or couples without children. There are a lot of dogs here and people pick up after them. "

"Quiet like the suburbs but close to everything. Very few rentals so properties are well maintained. During the winter we randomly take turns clearing snow from the sidewalk all the way to the corners so that helps everyone. I order from Amazon all the time and have never had a package stolen. We park on the street when we can and have had no issues with break ins or theft. "
