  • Gary M.
"I just moved into Mariner's Harbor from Bay Ridge Brooklyn and I'm actually really enjoying it. The real estate tax is HALF of what it was in Brooklyn! And even if I take the Verazzano Bridge everyday (back and forth), it still doesn't add up to the real estate tax I was paying. I have a 2 space parking garage and I'm still only 15 minutes away from Bay Ridge where my kids still go to school. I get there faster from Staten Island than when I was in Brooklyn with all that traffic. I still love Brooklyn and the Ridge, but this isn't bad at all. Love it here."
