The 6-bedroom main home (all with dedicated bath) features a nicely designed home and magnificent property with 1) Guest House, 2) Pool-Side Gym, 3) Pool House, 4) 60' Pool and 5) Basketball. It is an amazing offering, newly furnished, painted and designed. The location is incredibly convenient. Its on a quiet street of estate homes, a mile to ocean beaches, restaurants, or shopping. The home is designed with new furniture and art, for the discriminating tenant who appreciates a boutique feeling. The main house offers 6 bedrooms (each with its own bath) and several living rooms to spread out. It offers 2 offices--a 1st floor windowed corner office fit for an executive and a casual 2nd floor office, right off the primary. A finished lower level offers a wet bar, pool table, large flat screen TV and a bedroom with its own entrance. Multiple French doors lead to an expansive slate patio with covered al fresco dining porch and built-in grill. Over 2000 feet of patio allow for gracious entertaining. Enjoy 100% privacy, surrounded by 25' privacy trees or privet on all sides. Ed Hollander has designed spectacular landscape, with groves of white crepe myrtles, manicured gardens, open lawn, and an English fountain. The yard features a 60-foot heated pool with waterfall spa and a covered outdoor bar with TV and sound system. There is a guest house, with its own windowed gym building, conveniently near the pool, pool house and steam shower...No excuses not to work out. There is also second building--a pool house with living room, kitchenette, covered dining, and a bath with steam shower. Just beyond the pool house, enjoy a basketball court. This home has it all.

"I have lived here since 2017 and I absolutely love this neighborhood. It's quite, friendly, safe and very child friendly. There is never any crime and you hardly ever hear emergency sirens. Every single neighbor has been wonderful and polite except one. "

"Best place to live in DC. It’s a beautiful neighborhood that is urban but not downtown. It’s all about the park and trail, tons of restaurants, things to do, grocery stores, markets, bar. Has its own metro in easy walking distance and a trail that connect you to the east side of the city. "

"NoMa Bid has been creating a huge sense of community in Eckington and NoMa. For one they keep the area so clean and you always see their workers sweeping the sidewalks, changing trashing, maintenance at the dog park. And then there’s the events, most at the A.T. Park and the MBTrail. Movie in the park, farmers market, holiday events like pumpkin patch/contest, and of course the mural walls festival. The trail and park have beautiful murals everywhere and each year local artist renew most of them. (NoMa in Color). Also the dog parks is a big vibe in the area, Eckington Dog Park is the best in the city, but there are 4 in the area. Also, Bouldering Project is a cool bouldering and fitness gym. Theres tons of grocery, restaurants, bars and beer gardens, etc. it’s surround by Union Market, Brookland, Shaw, H Street… all connect my the MBT (bike/walk trail) and NoMa/Gallaudet Metro Station (subway). "20 minutes to town, one can go through downtown 25 mph or there are other roads through the countryside that have no lights and higher speed limits to get to the other end of town. 30 min to Carson City. One hour to Reno"
