"This Ten Springs Area is ideal. A number of the streets do not go straight through so the area is quiet and traffic low, but it is bounded by two main thoroughfares one going North-South and the other East-West. One can walk to downtown or the track and get some enjoyable exercise, looking at the homes and flower gardens on the way. One can hop on one of the main thoroughfares to get to the mall without going through town. Choice of elementary schools is first rate. "
