The lower level is a flexible guest suite with its own full bathroom, two sleeping rooms, and a recreation room. One guest room has a twin bed, the other has a twin with a full-size trundle. The rec room has a foosball table, fireplace, sofa bed, and wall-mounted TV. It functions as its own self-contained space for kids, overflow guests, or a rainy-day hangout.
Outside, the covered patio has a dining table for eight and a brick accent wall. The fenced backyard has a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, mature shade trees, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Paved driveway with room for multiple cars.
