"I have lived here for 12 years, this used to be a well kept safe neighborhood, unfortunately new people moving in have no pride of ownership and the area is looking dirty and run down. Crime has also become prevalent here with all the homeless shelters around the area. It's a shame I cant leave, financially in 12 years my property has not appreciated enough to sell and move elswhere"

"I have been living in this neighborhood since 2005. it is quiet, almost suburbanite like feeling. i cannot wait till i return home after 13 hours a day of work. it is like heaven. only issue is that there are no parks near my home. that's the only negative point. my family uses Forest Park, quite a distant. Neighbors are friendly. Very convenient to public transportation although A train line is under construction many years now with weekend disruption like the ongoing saga of NYC MTA. Multi-cultural. "
