"Street fairs, block associations, Halloween. Convenient to transportation, stores, friendly neighbors, pars, gardens, cultural events. Older people along with younger people. Lots of restaurants, clubs, theater. Historic district with so many landmarks. Ac cultural and human mis that is the best the city has to offer. Wish us old folks, long timers, got more respect and a break from time to time."

"They would like the dog parks in Washington sq park. They would like seeing and socializing with other dogs. There is also a daycare for dogs nearby. They would not like the big crowds and strict rules for dogs in NYC. "
