Closings Begin Summer 2022!
Introducing the first residential property in New York City by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Rogers, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. This striking tower joins RSHP's critically acclaimed projects on the global stage, including One Hyde Park in London, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and One Monte Carlo in Monaco.
Penthouse Two features a split four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms simplex layout including a sprawling 466SF terrace with direct protected park facing exposure, generous proportions of 2,864SqFt, and two private elevator landings. The interiors feature stunning 15-foot-high ceilings and wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking City Hall Park. It is a remarkable and delightful pairing directly from the minds of Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. Living and entertaining spaces in N°33 Park Row's residences highlight unobstructed, forever-preserved views over City Hall Park, along with the uniquely beautiful qualities of north-western light.
Open-plan kitchens offer the same level of sophisticated design, master craftsmanship, and thoughtful material selection as N°33 Park Row's exterior architecture. Designed with furniture- quality custom white oak cabinetry and sculptural honed tundra gray marble islands with waterfall edges, the kitchens are seamlessly integrated to form a visually stunning living and entertaining experience. Primary bathrooms recall an ancient European spa, reimagined for contemporary sensibilities. Dramatically veined and book-matched honed Montclair Danby marble cladding and modern vanities with radiant heated floors are brought together to create a tranquil respite from the outside world.
More than a park-front address with extraordinary light and views, N°33 Park Row is at the center of a dynamic, culturally fascinating, and continuously evolving neighborhood. Located at the nexus of Tribeca and FiDi, nearby dozens of luxury shops within architect Santiago Calatrava's soaring ribbed Oculus to the reimagined South Street Seaport, where upscale retail joins contemporary green spaces on the East River, N°33 Park Row's neighborhood offers the best of Manhattan's new shopping destinations. Lower Manhattan has also attracted a number of internationally acclaimed and legendary chefs and restaurateurs. The redesigned Pier 17 is now home to restaurants by Jean-Georges Vongerichten and David Chang and will soon welcome one by Andrew Carmellini. Other nearby culinary standouts include Keith McNally's Augustine, Tom Colicchio's Temple Court, and Manhatta by Danny Meyer.
Intimacy is a theme at N°33 Park Row. With just thirty residences, the boutique scale of the building provides great personal privacy. N°33 Park Row's thoughtfully curated collection of services and amenities take advantage of light, views, and elevated outdoor living. From workouts overlooking City Hall Park to dining and lounging in the fresh air, surrounded by the Manhattan skyline, residents enjoy the ideal setting for every moment of the day. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a guardian of a current student at this school, this student is being bullied and none of the teachers are doing anything about it. It was already pretty bad that the teachers aren't doing anything about the bullying, but it is worse that the teachers did not let this student tell their family members about it because they say that it will make it a bigger deal. It is not alright for a teacher to tell their student to not call their parent because of it will ruin their school reputation. The teachers dealing with this problem says that they will be able to fix the problem but they didn't do anything. Now this student is afraid to go to school because the bullies threathens to jump this student and call their friends over to also bully and join in. Also, the bullies didn't get in trouble because the teacher said that he did not see it happen. This isn't the first time this student was bullied but the first time, there was at least one teacher that tried to solve the problem but she left so now this student is having trouble solving this new problem. As for learning, teaching, and other parts of reviewing a school, if students don't feel safe then they obviously would not feel motivated or excited about learning and other activities.Parent Review1y ago - Spruce Street School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is lacking in many areas. Don't be fooled by the new exterior. The biggest problem area of all is leadership which is very poor. The principal hides many issues such as bullying and other events that happen in the building that she continuously keeps from the parents. Teachers here don't take the time or even care to make subjects more interesting. Zero effort in class just for show when parents come around for 30 minutes twice the school year to sit in class. Repeating a lesson to them is an absolute hassle and the blame falls on the kids all the time. They don't strive to help, they want to leave as soon as possible. My kids came in 2017 and since being very excited about the teachers back at the beginning we have seen a huge decline in all the years up till now 2023. The music teacher has been replaced 3 times and the current one is still completely horrible, lacking any skill to teach at all. Students watch cartoon movies in class constantly! She gave a 20-minute recital with minimal effort on her part. It lacked substance and was a complete letdown and a waste of time to come in mid-day work hours. Years back at the beginning a recital concert was an hour long and the students learned a lot, that's back in 2017. The Art teacher has also been replaced 5 times. In the beginning, there used to be some type of art show but now Art at this school is none existent. The (PTA) keep asking for money and contributions but where it all gets spent is a complete mystery because they offer nothing of value for many years now! I absolutely would not recommend this school to anyone.Parent Review10mo ago - Urban Assembly-Emergency Management
