"I’ve lived in this neighborhood all my life and it’s gotten safer over the years from when I was younger so I would say it’s going on the right direction besides the gentrification and rise in prices which isn’t the best but the whole city is basically becoming like that."

"The dog owners are welcome in the neighborhood what I don’t like is when the owner don’t clean up after they dogs I would like for them to clean up after there dogs "

"The neighborhood may not be the safest or cleanest of them all but the housing is affordable. There are stores on almost every corner and many super markets. You are close to the 6 train line and a few different buses like the M115 and BX99. You are close by the FDR highway so parking can sometimes be hard to find if you own a vehicle that is. But overall even though this place may not be ideal for you it’s a place to stay until you are able to afford for another place of your choice."
