The top-of-the-line appliances are integrated into the walnut cabinetry and include a Viking gas range and microwave, Bosch dishwasher and Liebherr refrigerator. The cabinetry is customized with a LeMans pull out pantry and storage to maximize storage and ease of use. Downstairs on the Garden level is the Primary Bedroom and Second Bedroom. The Primary Bedroom features exposed brick walls, windows with a garden view and access directly to the garden. The oversized, en-suite Primary Bathroom is fully marbled with honed Asian Statutory stone. The heated floor is accented with herringbone patterned stone. It features Hansgrohe fixtures, Jaclo rain head shower, and an electronic Duravit toilet with bidet and heated seat. A large trough sink with double vanity adds a charm to the modern bathroom.

The Primary suite is complete with a grand Walk-In Closet. The Second Bedroom on the Garden level faces 37th Street and has a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The walls are marbled with Bianco Dolimiti and the floors are stone mosaic. It features a wall mounted toilet and luxurious, deep-soaking tub. The Third Bedroom is on the Parlor floor. Adjacent to the Third Bedroom is a large format porcelain tiled bathroom. The home is designed to reap the benefits of the immense outdoor garden which is peaceful and elegant. It is fenced with solid Brazillian Cumaru teak and is paved with solid blue stone and intricate Glen-Gery brickwork. Snug Cottage accent hardware and beautiful plantings make this a beloved feature of the home. The home features central cooling and steam radiated heat and has a washer and dryer. What Locals Say about Murray Hill

"Safe but not the most exciting neighborhood in nyc and not any real sense of community , but clean and convenient to grand central "

"Pretty great access to transportation. Right down the block from Grand Central where many connecting routes are. This area has many private schools and studying/tutoring centers. There’s a plethora of food and dining as well, many modern places like branch food chains; but there’s also a handful of small “mom and pop” shops."

"It is in Manhattan yet it is very quiet. Actually it is the quietest place we ever lived in Manhattan. Yet, you are in walking distance from the UN, Grand Central Station, Times Square, Bryant Park etc. It is also safe being near the UN and having lots of police patrolling the area. We loved being able to walk to Broadway shows and eat Brazilian grilled meat in Times Square. It was nice to be able to take a train or a bus to most places or even a short taxi ride. You can take a bus on train from Bryant Park to Madison Square Garden too. Really this place is centrally located. It is super if you work at the UN and send your kid to the UN child care centre since you don't even have a commute. Everyone nearly has a dog and nobody bothers you. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area. The only down parts are that the buildings here are really old so don't usually have amenities that newer buildings have like swimming pools and gyms.
